Refund policy

For Health & Safety reasons we do not accept returns or offer refunds on Silicone or Polycarbonate Molds, or any other products in our collections. 

Please contact us at info@boldmaker.com in the event of general concerns, or suspected defects with your order.

Refunds in respect of suspected defects/use of 18 month Warranty:

We stand behind our workmanship and products by offering an 18 month warranty in case of defects. In the event of suspected defects, please contact us regarding a return. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Once the item has been inspected, if a defect has been confirmed we will offer a replacement.

Please note that the Warranty will be utilized only in circumstances of defects. Misuse, or poor care of the product will result in the Warranty being voided.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
