Mold Care
- Your molds can be hand-washed, washed in a dishwasher, or steam cleaned within CDC Sterilization Guidelines (3-4 minutes exposure at between 270°F-277°F)
- If handwashing your molds, use warm or hot water and a non-abrasive cloth.
- Dry your molds at room temperature or on a dishwasher drying cycle.
- All molds designated for food use should be stored in a cool, dry place that is in a clean and sterile environment.
- Your molds can be stacked for storage.
- All of our 100% Platinum Silicone molds can be used in an oven or freezer and withstand temperatures from -30°F up to 400°F
- Recommended to be used with gloves to encourage a hygienic working environment

What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All shipping is done through UPS or USPS.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once shipped, domestic US orders should arrive in 2-5 business days. International shipping can vary greatly depending on location. If delivery time is a concern for you please contact us ahead of time.
SILICONE MOLDS
Orders of 1-10 silicone molds will often ship same day. However, please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack orders of 1-10 silicone molds. Please allow 2-7 business days to process and pack orders of 25-50 molds.
POLYCARBONATE MOLDS
Please allow 1 business day to process and pack orders of 1-250 polycarbonate molds. If a mold is not currently in stock, it will be available under pre-order, in which case we will aim to ship as soon as the item is manufactured.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS or USPS First Class International (and USPS Priority Mail for orders over 4lbs). Customs dues, fees, or taxes may apply on international orders. Please contact UPS International Customs and Regulations for more details.
What Are Your Manufacturing Tolerances?
Tolerances/Allowable Deviations from Assigned Dimensions - All silicone, thin silicone and polycarbonate products are subject to our standard manufacturing practices which generally carry expected tolerances in the finished product.
An acceptable tolerance of deviation from engineered values should be considered as follows; Platinum Silicone +/-2.5% of assigned dimensions. Injection Molded/Thin Silicone +/- 2.5% of assigned dimensions. Polycarbonate Plastic +/- 2.5% of assigned dimensions. Bold Maker will endeavor to manufacture products based on assigned dimensions, subject to the aforementioned tolerances above.
How Can I Return a Product?
For Health & Safety reasons we do not accept returns or offer return refunds on Silicone Molds or Polycarbonate Molds. Please contact us directly if you have a problem with your order.
