Shipping
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
All shipping is done through UPS or USPS.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide via UPS or USPS First Class International (and USPS Priority Mail for orders over 4lbs)
Customs dues, fees, or taxes may apply on international orders. Please contact UPS International Customs and Regulations for more details.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
Once shipped, domestic US orders should arrive in 2-5 business days.
International shipping can vary greatly depending on location. If delivery time is a concern for you please contact us ahead of time.
SILICONE MOLDS
Orders of 1-10 silicone molds will often ship same day. However, please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack orders of 1-10 silicone molds.
Please allow 2-7 business days to process and pack orders of 25-50 molds.
POLYCARBONATE MOLDS
Please allow 1 business day to process and pack orders of 1-250 polycarbonate molds. If a mold is not currently in stock, it will be available under pre-order, in which case we will aim to ship as soon as the item is manufactured.
Payment
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
We accept payment through credit card, ACH, Apple Pay, bank check or Paypal.
Paypal- You do NOT need a paypal account to use this checkout option. During the Paypal checkout process you can pay with a credit/debit card or pay with your Paypal Account.

Orders & Returns
How do I place an Order?
You can add items to your cart by clicking “add to cart” on the product page. You can view your cart by clicking the small cart icon on the top right of the page.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but creating an account will make future orders fast and easy.
Do you make custom orders?
Yes, fill out our form here!
How Can I Return a Product?
For Health & Safety reasons we do not accept returns or offer return refunds on Silicone Molds or Polycarbonate Molds. Please contact us directly if you have a problem with your order. In most cases we can offer a comprehensive credit to exchange your mold for another item of equivalent value.
